Dec 1998

Structured the first-ever nationwide network of valuers

Dec 2002

Integrated with Hiro & Associates, Inc., a company highly regarded by overseas investors

Jun 2003

Opened a branch office in Naka-ku, Nagoya.

Feb 2008

Initiated the development of a Global Network model, with a special focus on Asia and North America.

Oct 2010

Merged with Wakaba Tokai Estate Consultants Ltd.

Sep 2011

Registered as Regulated by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors-UK).

Jul 2013

Relocated Tokyo HQ to Fujimi, Chiyoda-ku to accommodate business expansion.

Dec 2015

Expanded internationally with the establishment of Japan Valuers (Myanmar) Co., Ltd. and Co-founded Japan Valuers (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

Apr 2018

Upgraded the International Relations Division at Tokyo HQ to better serve international clients, with Takashi Nakazawa as the head.

Oct 2020

Japan Valuers partnered with renowned real estate expert Ratchaphum Jongpakdee Focused on serving clients in Thailand and across Mekong region.
